If you are making a booking enquiry, please note that to respond to you most efficiently, we do need the following information from you, although if required, or if you miss out any details we need, we’ll send a short online form to you to complete:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Mobile Phone
- Holiday Property Name (if known)
- Check In Date (5pm)
- Check Out Date (9am)
- Confirm Number of Nights
- Total Number of Guests (infants not included, check max allowed in property you selected, required)
- Total Number of Pets (please check the property you selected allows pets)
If you’re not able to email please call the office… due to the nature of our staffing system it may take longer to answer any questions or call you back, therefore an email is preferred where possible please. 01538 399813. 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.
Normal booking periods are either…
- Friday-Monday (3 nights)
- Monday-Friday (4 nights)
- Monday-Monday or Friday-Friday (7 nights)
- Bespoke dates are available on request, please enquire direct with us.
School House cottage accommodates 12 guests (6 bedrooms), pets are bookable.
Ramshorn Estate lodges can accommodate either 14 (7 bedrooms), 12 (6 bedrooms) or 8 (4 bedrooms). Pets are bookable in one of the 12 guest lodges (Norbury) and two of the 8 guest lodges (Dimmingsdale and Denstone).
Coming Soon we have accommodation ranging from 2 guests to 18 guests.

REASSURANCE FOR BOOKINGS DURING A PANDEMIC IN ENGLAND:
There are no communal facilities or interaction with any other guests and we operate low profile staffing so that you can enjoy your stay as peacefully as desired.
Your accommodation will be cleaned and prepared within government pandemic guidelines by or own dedicated cleaning team.
High touch items (such as the previously printed welcome book and some decorations) have been removed to maintain high levels of hygiene.
Due to any government restrictions, if after booking has been confirmed and payments cleared we are unable to provide your accommodation, or if you are not allowed to travel/stay overnight, we will endeavour to exchange your dates to a suitable alternative, or provide a voucher or refund accordingly.
To help out during this period, we will also try to more flexible with your final payment date, which will be noted when we email a booking offer to you.
